3 Easy Steps with PayX (Insurance Repairers)

  1. PayX Application Form (Word version or PDF version) – Fill out only once.
  2. PayX Request Schedule Form (Insurance Repairers) (Word version or PDF version) – Fill out for every batch of invoices sent to PayX.
  3. PayX Sale and Direction to Pay (Insurance Repairers) (Word version or PDF version) – Fill out for each invoice.

For each tax invoice include The Insurer Repair Authority, The Assessors Approved Quote (Only needed if Insurer
Repair Authority doesn’t contain the quote), The Assessor approval of Additionals (If needed), A customer signed Vehicle Collection Certificate, Copy of each Tax Invoice, “PayX Notice of Sale and Direction to Pay” has been
completed for each invoice and email to [email protected]
